These Terms govern access to Porno.com. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and to applicable law.
1. Adults only
You may use Porno.com only if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority required to access sexually explicit material in your jurisdiction. Do not use the site where access is prohibited by law.
2. Nature of the service
Porno.com is an adult browsing and embedded-video service. Users cannot create Porno.com accounts, upload content, vote, comment, subscribe or make payments through Porno.com. Individual watch pages may embed videos from XVideos.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful personal purposes. You must not attempt to compromise site security, interfere with service operation, bypass access controls, deploy malware, use the service for unlawful exploitation, or use automated systems in a manner that materially burdens the service.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
Porno.com is intended only for lawful adult content. Content involving minors, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, trafficking or other illegal material is prohibited. 5. Embedded and linked services

6. Intellectual property
The Porno.com name, site design, software and original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Video content remains subject to the rights and licenses applicable at its source. These Terms do not grant ownership of source videos or other protected material.
7. Availability and changes
Site features or particular listings may be changed, suspended or discontinued for legal, security, operational or editorial reasons. Source videos and external services may also change or become unavailable.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Source availability, titles, thumbnails, metadata and embedded playback may change at the source. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
